The Euro Poppers UK online store uses SSL Protocols secure payment systems through the PAYBOX service.

You will be charged using the title “Black Sequoia SARL” on your credit card statement. No mention of "euro-poppers.uk" will be indicated.

During the PAYBOX SSL protocol transaction, you are automatically connected to the payment processing centre server. Your bank details are protected by encryption and under no circumstances are they processed by our company. During your transaction on the PAYBOX page, where you must enter your credit card numbers, you are on a completely secure page. The address of the payment page begins with "https: // www." unlike other standard web pages that start with "http: // www.". This "s" is the "s" of secure. You will also find at the bottom right side of your browser a pictogram symbolising a padlock or a key, depending on your Mac / PC browser, informing you that you are also on a fully secure page.

Payments are made by PAYBOX a renowned French bank.

If you choose to pay for your purchases by credit card, you will be asked to enter your payment information on the SSL secure payment service. Payment is made through Paybox, a secure and globally recognized payment service. You may, at any time, check the validity of the SSL certificate used by checking the beginning of the url of the payment page (it must start with "https: //") and by double-clicking on the "padlock" symbol that appears at the bottom of your browser window. After validation of your payment, you will receive, at the e-mail address mentioned in your order, an electronic payment receipt with the Black Sequoia SARL letterhead (this name will also be mentioned on your bank account statement).

Bank verification of your card using the 3DS system

An additional verification may take place at the time of your payment, a window opens and asks you to enter your 3D Secure code. This allows you to authenticate and ensure that it is indeed the declared holder of the credit card that is making the payment. The control of your bank card by 3DS is compulsory for orders outside of France.

This is to validate payments by:

• entering a key for your Personal Key Card, as well as the confirmation code that will be sent to you by e-mail
• entering the confirmation code that you will have received by SMS, if you have chosen this solution to authenticate yourself.

The confirmation code received by email or SMS is only valid for this transaction. This verification ensures that it is you, the card holder, who orders the deed of payment and not a fraudster. So even if your bank details were stolen or captured in any way, they could not be used without being in possession of the authentication code.
