Delivery & Returns on Euro Poppers UK

 

Shipping your package

All orders are shipped within 24 working hours from Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays.

Orders placed before 2 p.m. are sent the same day except on highly unusual occasion, if we experience high volumes of orders.

Matt and Lucas, our logisticians, make every effort to prevent any risk of breakage in the packages.

You will receive an email when your package leaves our warehouse with the carrier. This email contains the tracking number for your package.

Transport costs are applied depending on the nature of your order. For the United Kingdom transport is free for orders of over €39.90 with Parcel Force (Colissimo) & DPD (Chronopost).

For orders under €39.90 to the UK, here are the delivery prices applied:

Warning:

We will charge the shipping costs for the re-forwarding of your parcel if it is returned to us for either of the following reasons:

  • It was not collected at the post office following the notice left in your letter box (you generally have 15 days)
  • If the wrong address was given when the order was placed

Delivery may take a little longer than normal during promotional sales and summer periods.

To ensure fast and secure transport of your products, we have chosen to limit your basket to €250. This is due to difficulties that we have recently encountered, of excessively large parcels being misdirected. If this happens, the quality of our products may be affected. We are committed to sending your order in the best possible conditions and we always strive to send your carefully packaged orders in less than 24 working hours.

 

Choice of carrier

The Euro Poppers UK team allows you to choose one of the following carriers according to your preferences:

  • Chronopost
  • GLS
  • Colissimo

You choose the carrier when you finalise your order.

 

Delivery delay

With Euro Poppers UK, delivery is fast! Our deliveries are taken in 2 to 4 days to the United Kingdom and Europe.

 

Parcel delivery

Two solutions are available to you:

  • At home
  • At a Relay point

  

Home delivery:

For orders of over €60 delivery is automatically subject to countersignature. You will then need to confirm successful reception of your order by signing the delivery slip.

Another member of your family may also accept the delivery for you.

  

Delivery at a Relay point (Colissimo):

You can also choose for delivery to be made at a Relay point. For this, you may choose the most convenient from a list of Relay points.

You then confirm the successful reception of your order by signing the delivery slip.

To collect your parcel you will need a document confirming your identity.

  

Calling card

In the absence of a recipient, the person delivering the parcel must leave either a transit advice note containing essential information in order to organise a new delivery or leave the contact details and address of a Relay point where the parcel will be delivered.

We remind our customers that Euro Poppers UK parcels are neutral and free of any inscriptions of our name or our products.

Our GLS and Colissimo carriers deliver all packages on working days:

Monday to Friday: 8am - 4pm (UTC+0).

 

Is your order late?

The logistics department of Euro Poppers UK makes every effort to reduce delays. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times which could be subject to possible unforeseen events. We work in close collaboration with our carriers in order to deliver our packages on time so as to satisfy all of our customers.

We invite you to contact our customer service if you notice an unusual delay in delivery.

 

International delivery

Euro Poppers UK delivers throughout Europe and the United Kingdom!

The packaging is neutral and does not have any distinctive sign that could lead a third party to identify the origin or the content of your package. The custom regulations of certain countries require us to attach a detailed description of the package. In this case we only indicate "Aromas" on the customs document.

Whatever delivery method you choose, we'll send you a link to track your package online.

We recommend that you make a joint order for all of your items. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges will apply to each of them.

The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are well protected.

 

Returns on Euro Poppers UK

To meet the withdrawal deadline, all you have to do is send your withdrawal request before the 14-day withdrawal period expires and return your product through our online returns center. 

For any further information, advice or instructions on how to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact our Customer Service. 

You must return the items within 14 days from the date you received them, in their original unopened packaging, complete, unused and accompanied by the purchase invoice. 

The return costs are the Buyer’s responsibility. 

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing them to be sold again in their original condition. 

 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must complete the standard withdrawal form which appears in our Terms & Conditions, which must be sent to the following address:

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal by any means and in particular by post or email clearly explaining your desire to withdraw from the purchase and mentioning the order concerned by this withdrawal.
